We Buy & Sell, and pay cash (Consignments welcome)
Terms and Conditions of Sale

All bidders must register at the office to obtain a bidder number.

All items are sold "As Is - Where Is"
with no guarantees, warrantees or refunds whatsoever.

All items are subject to a 15% buyer's premium plus
all applicable taxes

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Debit, and Cash.
No cheques.

As bidder, it is your responsibility to preview
each item and satisfy yourself as to the condition before
bidding.

Full
payment is required on the day of sale.

All items must be removed by 12 noon on the Saturday following the
auction. A $50.00
storage fee will be applied to all invoices with items left
beyond this specified time

Once an item is awarded to the high bidder, said items become the
property of the purchaser and are left at their own risk.
Madison's Auction is not responsible for items left in the
building after being awarded to the high bidder.

All persons who enter Madison's Auction do so at
their own risk.
Madison's Auction assumes no risk or liability for the safety of
those entering upon the auction premises

How to Consign Items:
- A standard commission of 25% will be deducted from your final
cheque, less any pickup fees
- Drop your items
off at our Abbotsford location (Pick up is
available for an additional fee)
- Our staff will assist in receiving your items for
consignment.
- Items will be tagged with your
permanent account number
- Items will be listed in duplicate on a consignment
form, you will receive a copy.
- Items left at Madison’s Auction will
be sold to the highest bidder on the following Thursday
- Items not accepted past Tuesday 5:00pm
- Unusable items or dirty items may be refused
- Unsold items are the responsibility of the consignor, Madison’s will
dispose of items at our own discretion
- All cheques are ready for pick up on the Thursday following the sale
of your items, after 5pm.

How to Bid at an Auction Sale:
- All items will have 15% buyers premium,
+ GST & + PST added to the
winning bid price of the item (s)
- All bidders must obtain a bidder number before bidding at the
auction sale
To receive a bidder number you must register at the office with a
valid drivers license or BC id (registration is free)
- All items are to be paid in full the night of the sale
Payment methods accepted are Visa, MasterCard, Debit, & Cash
- All items must be removed from the building by 2:00pm the Saturday
following the auction sale

you're unsure or are nervous about your first time bidding, feel
free to ask any of our auction assistants to help you.
